Welcome to RENZLO (renzlo.com). This Shipping Policy explains processing times, shipping options, delivery windows, customs duties, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Order Processing
- Processing window: 1–3 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, holiday periods), please allow +1–2 business days.
- Cut-off time: Orders placed after 2:00 pm (GMT+8, Hong Kong Time) are processed the next business day.
- Address edits & cancellations: We can attempt changes within 12 hours of purchase. After fulfillment begins, changes/cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
Shipping Options & Timeframes
We partner with reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, DPD). Actual carrier is auto-selected by destination and service level.

Notes: Transit times exclude processing days. Delays from customs inspections, severe weather, or carrier network issues are outside our control.
Tracking & Delivery
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order departs our facility.
- Delivery attempts: Some carriers require a signature for higher-value deliveries. Missed attempts may be re-scheduled or held for pickup.
- P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO: Standard services can deliver to P.O. Boxes (where supported). Expedited couriers require a physical street address.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (DDU/Delivery Duty Unpaid). The recipient is responsible for any such fees.
- We do not control these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. Please consult your local customs office for details before ordering.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
- Marked delivered but not received: Notify us within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s “Delivered” scan. We will help file a trace/investigation.
- In-transit delays: If a parcel shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us so we can escalate with the carrier.
- Damage on arrival: Please photograph the packaging and product (inside/outside) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused deliveries or parcels returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses may be refunded for the product value minus actual shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee, where permitted by law.
